Small Part in Plate Center where filament not holding?

There is a small part of about 2x4 cm in the center area of my plate where the filament is not sticking on the plate. See attached picture
Also the plate is not really flat. I level all the corners exactly but in the middle the nose is too far away from the plate surface so my prints won't hold. I could solve this by manually adjusting the levelling screws under the heatbed whith the printhead centered on the plate.

Does the heatbed have to be replaced? The printer is brand new ...
