Extruder making clamor and don't move after a couple

My Extruder making a commotion and don't move after a couple of printing time.

In the wake of cleaning the PLA and start the printing the principal layer, for the most part, works out positively, however, after the commotion is beginning and I see the engine is battling.

It would appear that a plastic jam...

On the off chance that I help the wire during the printing, it works out positively...

Would you be able to reveal to me how to fix that?
