Printer goes to 15-20% and shuts down

I have a Geeetech A20M and for some reason it prints to 15-20% and stops and says E1 heating and never starts back up?? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Hello, you can exchange e0 and e1 cables, and then try to print to see if e1 is restored. If you can't resume work, it may be that the e1 motor has a problem and needs to be replaced. If e0 becomes abnormal, there may be a problem with the motherboard or driver.
