Incomplete/weird infill

Hi,

I am trouble shooting an issue where why infill is incomplete. It seems like the nozzle isn't extruding continuously while printing infill, Dropping the infill speed in Cura down to 60mm/s, still doesn't solve the issue. This is with the grid pattern, at 20% infill.

This print was stopped halfway to see this.
