E180 Defective

My experience with an E180 Defect

I currently have an E180 printer that I got brand new. However, after a couple prints, the nozzle clogged and I literally couldn't print anything. I tried cleaning the nozzle by opening the top tube and using the metal tool to push any heated filament out. However, this did not work either and it remained clogged. I tried using a cleaning filament, but that did not work either.

My next step was to replace the nozzle. I thought it was an easy process, but upon re-assembly, one of the wires soldered onto the board came off. I have absolutely no experience in soldering nor do I have the equipment to do so. I am currently left with a disassembled nozzle assembly and a non-functional printer.

I am new to 3D printing and based on the price point of this product, a little bit disappointed. What are my options for the nozzle assembly for this printer?
