Hi all!
I wanted to ask what you think about the Geeetech A10. From my inexperienced eyes, it looks like the GeeetechA10 is the same thing as the Ender3 except for the LCD panel and branding/decoration. It also comes in around 50-60 dollars cheaper.
Is there anything that I am missing that sets them tremendously apart? I know the Ender has a better, bigger, and more active community (and that becomes especially useful when you want to mod your rig), but that is the biggest difference I can find.
What do you think?
Geeetech A10 and Ender 3
Re: Geeetech A10 and Ender 3
The ender 3 is made of sturdier parts, such as the track the Y-axis moves on.
The build surface is higher quality as well; better adhesion and less prone to damage.
The bed of the enders are much less likely to be wonky from the factory.
I have had zero problems with things like layer shift since trading my A10 for an ender.
There are more motherboards and firmwares to choose from, so you have the opportunity to quiet your printer, add another extruder, etc.
You can buy ender parts from sellers local to you whereas Geeetech ships only from China.
I could go on, but you get the point.
