LCD screen firmware How do you upload using ST link

I've tried flashing different versions of the UI firmware onto the screen's SD card but the screen is still black. I needed to buy a new screen as the old one stopped responding to touches. I now have the new version.

I have an ST link which i plan on using, but how do you connect it up to the screen's port and use it to flash firmware? Been looking here but not found anything and I don't don't want to blow anything up.
