geeetech a10m retraction problems

Hello! I have a geeetech a10m 3d printer, and when I make a retraction test I have stringing! I tried ridiculous retration settings like retraction distance as 30 and retraction speed as 100 and get strings.The most important here is that, when I buy my 3d printer I don't get any problem! Please help me!

Hi! I solved my problem. I tried simplify 3d and no stringing! The problem is simplify is paid...
