Board failure on x axis and z axis sticking??

Hi, just built I30 following instructions carefully - 10 hours!!! however, I have just tried to use the printer and tested all parts but the X motor doesn't function at all and the z motor keeps jerking and jarring not moving smoothly. Any tips.

I tried to change the x axis to seconded extruded Speed Test essay writer motor, but have failed spectacularly in working out which settings to even change.

Any advice, particularly for x issue would be fantastic.
