Hi guys. I have this plastic tube near the hot end.
It is clogged and burned beyond repair. I need to buy another one or anything like it. Right now the filament will clog before reaching the hot end and make a mess, nothing gets printed. What am I looking at and what do I need to buy?

Solved, it was the teflon tube as @GAQ said.
But then I bought a new M6 screw with tube inside and then the tube broke
The whole hotend is also in very bad shape, i.e. the screw on the heating block is quite bad. What should I replace it with? In the spirit of upgrading, what are my options while keeping the MK8 motor and feeder?

Well that looks grim !
I've never had to put any torque at all into the throat tube when changing.
I have found that once I've taken it all apart, I can screw the tube up into the extruder just with fingers...
I then do the same with the heater block.
I check that the nozzle can touch the end of the throat tube ptfe before it is fully screwed into the heater block.
I do this by screwing the nozzle into the heater block (Just with fingers), then once all the way in, I unscrew it a couple of turns...
I screw the throat tube from the other side until I can feel it touch the nozzle.
I then screw the lot into the extruder.
At this point, it's all still only finger tight - no good for printing.
I then heat up the block...
Once it is hot, I hold the heater block with large adjustable spanner or pliers... Careful not to grab the wiring !
I hold the block stationary whilst I use a small spanner to tighten the nozzle.
This tightening MUST be performed with the block/nozzle at temperature.
Once done I check the e-steps (Though I've never found I have to change much here)
If all else fails, you can buy the complete throat / block / nozzle assembly quite cheap on Ebay - either with or without heater / thermister.
They're quite cheap.
If you buy a complete assembly, you should still get the block up to temperature and check the nozzle is tight before trying to print !
