filament detector - error code "no filament"

A10T, new.
three filament detectors are installed
the three filaments going throught the detector
the detector cables are connected.

--- but the printer shows error message "no filament" if detector is activated. and no printing.
--- if filament detectors are inactivated on printer menue, the printer works.

i don-t know, why this error message.? any idea??
