E180 printer lcd

The LCD on my screen all of a sudden turned sideways it is still on and it is white only I cannot breath any other buttons it is stuck on the printing screen did some research took out the SD card behind it and reset it for the LCD as it was super glued in for shipping but did not do much I'm assuming that I'm having a problem with the SD card for the LCD and need to know what file to download

Okay wonderful was able to get my LCD working just fine but now I'm thinking something's wrong with the regular SD card the two files that are on their are gone and I can't get my fan to turn off or my thing to level or move any suggestions or do I need to put in a G-Code kind of new to this

Then you should re-uploading the firmware
If you encountered any issue,you can uploading the video to the Google Drive and then attach the link to the post

It has issue in your LCD not your SD card. Maybe it has issues for software or update installation for that LCD.
