Pin assignments for stepper 42SHD0034-20B

Hi all.

Does anyone know what are the pins for the 42SHD0034-20B stepper?

I've got an A10 that's dead and I'd like to try to resurrect it with an aftermarket board & LCD. The connectors are different than the board I have in mind, so I'd like to put new ends on them but I need to know the pinout.

EDIT: Also the pinouts for the extruder and the heated bed, if you can. Thanks!
