Printer offline - Can't change baud rate

I have a new 3d Wifi module. I was able to successfully bind with the printer, switch wifi to GT Printer, but even after entering my lan name and password the connection fails. The one setting that I see is wrong is the baud rate in the app. Whenever I try to change it, it says printer is offline and won't accept the change.How can I fix this?

I have tried that more times than I can count. It still doesn't work.

The Wifi serial number is 2004033DWF03505.

Can you also help me get a replacement hotend?
