A10 Temperature Issue

When I turn on the A10 the temperature reading on LCD for the extruder reads 189.
Changed out print head to a new one and same thing.
Meashred the thermister and it reads 110.4 ohms

If I heat up extruder the display will change to 202 degrees but it wont melt the PLA so I assume it is not the correct temperature.

Any suggestions?

Hi，you can unplug the cable of the extruder. If the temperature of the extruder shows -14℃, the motherboard is ok. You need to check whether the connection is intact, or use a multimeter to test the continuity of the cable. If there is no problem with the cable, it is a problem with the extruder.

Hi，the motherboard is broken, you should replace it.

I found a solution to the damaged thermistor. Today I made this adjustment on my A10M. It must be switched to the E0 thermistor to the E1 thermistor and make a small modification of the FW and everything is functional again. I'll give a better description tomorrow. Sorry for my English.
