Hi! I bought this printer last year and now i figured out that the prints are "out of square". I don't know how to explain the issue properly but when the printer draw in the Y-axis it doesn't make the line in the required angle. Also, the slicer doesn't match the center of the bed with the printer. I use Repetier but i tried with Slic3r and Ultimaker Cura with the same issues.
The only modification that I made in the printer was low 1mm the Z endstop because I couldn't calibrate the bed properly.
anyone know what problem can make this issue?
Regards!

Saludos!

Re: A10 error in Y-axis
Hi William! I don't try to say that my problem is a factory error! sorry for the mistake. I don't have a video but if i print something again i will post it. The issue that I'm trying to explain is when the hotend draw in Y Position doesn't go to the correct coordinates. You can see this issue in this picture https://imgur.com/a/V7MJP8O, the corner moved to a different position.
I tried differents gcoders, And I noticed that the the printed doesn't match the coordinates with the Slicer too (the center of the bed in the slicer is different that the printer go).
I'm very new at this, and I'm sure that this is a Configuration issue or Hardware calibration.
thx for the reply! I'm gonna post when I print again to show the issue.
Regards.

Re: A10 error in Y-axis
Hi,did you put the model in the middle when slicing? Perhaps you did not choose the correct product model.
The Y axis problem may be that the belt is too loose or too tight, you can adjust it properly.
