Head cooling fan not spinning

Hello,

On my A20M: the 2 fans that are cooling the head (ones on the side) are ok.
The one that is cooling the output (one on the front) stopped working.

I checked with a 6V battery and the fan runs.

When I measure the voltage to the fan, it is zero when fan is off, then it sticks to 0.2V whatever level I send with the proper command.
So cabling is good, I triple-checked it.

I suspect Mosfet is dead, can you tell me where it is on the board and how to get a new one/reference?
