What does the Fr=100% on the mail screen represent.

I do not know what the reference to Fr=100% represents. What does changing the value of this do? Is it changed in the configuration folder or is it changed in the configuration.h file? Thanks

Feed rate: The current printing rate.
Press the rotary knob during the printing process and click Tune to change the printing rate in real-time.
