Add OFFSET ability in official Firmware (.hex) for V4 board

Hi,

Just discovered that since GT2560 V4.0, no offset option are available :
- no menu item : Prepare / Set Home Offsets
- no support of M428 GCode
- no support of M206 GCode

Any chance to convince development team that giving the ability to define in a permanent way offset (especially on Z) is really worth the value ?
