TMC2208_extruder problems
Hi,
I have a A10 GT2560 3.0.
I installed the drivers TMC2208 3.0 STANDALONE for X,Y,Z and all ok.
About extruder, the driver TMC2208 doesn't work. The motor doesn't move.
So I had to install only for extruder E0 the driver A4988, and so it works.
I need help. Could you help me, please?
Until now, I tried:
change the driver TMC2208 with another TMC2208 to extruder --- but nothing
attach the z_motor connector (with TMC2208) to extruder motor --- so it works
attach extruder motor connector to Z-motor ---- doesn't work's
In the firmware I inverted only the X,Y,Z, E0 DIR, nothing else
i can't understand
Help me please.

Re: TMC2208_extruder problems
Hi, Whether the extruder motor is not working properly,
You can try to swap the extruder motor wire on the motherboard to the y-axis motor end,
See if there is a problem with the motor port on the motherboard
Or there is a problem with the motor cable.
If the motor end of the y-axis is inserted into the motor line of the extruder, it can run normally and the motor line is normal
Problem with extruder motor slot.

It's is really strange, because when I install the driver A4988, the extruder motor works perfectly, but when I install the TMC2208 the extruder motor doesn't work anymore.
Re: TMC2208_extruder problems
Hi, replace the extruder motor back to A4988,
Does it work?

with A4988, the extruder motor works, with TMC2208 it doesn't work.
X,Y,Z with TMC2208 work well
It's strange
could anyone help me, please?
Re: TMC2208_extruder problems
Hi, do you use other TMC2208 that can work normally
Insert the drive board position corresponding to the extruder motor
View the effect.

Re: TMC2208_extruder problems
Check if the drive board you inserted into the extruder is damaged
