No stepper motor or extruder motion movement
No stepper motor or extruder motion movement
Just replaced the motherboard (2560 Version 3.0) in my printer. Everything regarding the hot end works. (heater for nozzle and heater for flatbed) However, I get no response to any of the stepper motors. I question if I have the driver boards plugged in properly? Do they go blue to blue or blue to black in the sockets? Presently I have them plugged in blue to blue and black to black. Does anyone have a picture of the 2560 board V3.0 that shows the proper orientation of the drivers for the A20M printer? Is there anyway to test the little driver assembly? Is it common for these to fail? Any input will be appreciated. Hopsing

William;
Thanks for posting the very good picture. I now suspect that I have blown driver IC's. I did not replace them as I thought that the 2560 V3.0 board was all that failed. Is it a good idea to replace the 5 driver plug-in's when you replace the main board? I have ordered the drivers but I was wondering if that is the case. Thanks Hopsing
