New build prints still after second layer look horrible

This is a freshly build Pro I3 . Ive made sure I have the correct firmware for the m8 shafts, uploaded gcode M92 Z400 but still look horrible. Same print looks great on my A20. Please advise

Hi,you need to calibrate the extruder,
