Firmware LCD A30 Pro failed

Hello,
i have in easy print upgrdadet the Firmware to A30 V1.38.59...
now i have seen thats was the wrong Firmware :( i have the A30 Pro Printer.
Now i have inmstall the Right Firmware with the Firmwaretool, the Installation from the Mainboard was successfully !
but the Installation for the LCD bin File not works, what i can do ?

Message from the Tool:
Detected LCD bin file!
initialaizing global config
entering normal mode
start to upgrade lcd..
upgrading failed! Detail: Received Timeout!

currently the lcd is black without function

Hi,you can try to restart the computer and then change the port. If the driver is not generated automatically, you need to install it manually, first install the m file, and then insert the SD card to install the s file.

My bad was a wrong SD Crad Format, now i used the orginal SD from the Printer now Works the install.
