Change direction on one of the extruders?

I have for different reasons replaced the second extruder with a different style, non-geared extruder and it now extrudes backwards. Is it possible to reverse the direction on just that extruder or do I change both when I change the one? If so - where and how :?: :roll:

Never mind - Figured this on out on my own... BUT as far as i can see - with 2 totally different extruders - the e-steps will be a challenge...

Any ideas?
