I am facing the same issue, and I don't know the procedure (or the libary folder) where I should unzip the missing .h file.

I have just find out the library folder => Itwas int the intallation or the arduino sofware and not in the marlkin folder .... Error on the compilation solved, but I still have the issue of only one extruder that appear in the sofware.

If anyopne have an idea you are welcome

Thanks problem solved, now I have to focus on goo d calibration of my extruder and step ... to have better print
