Missing part?

Hi every one. I'm quite new in electronics and stuff (not to say a virgin lol). I just built my printer and at one of the last steps, i can't find how to cable the heating thing cause i think something is missing... The green part... I don't know the word in english.
I don't know what to do... Can please someone help me?

On the left, there is nothing else than those blue thing. Should i plug the cables directly in?

Hi,you need to remove the surface of the heating wire, insert the iron core into it, and use a tool to lock it.

OOOOH thank you very much. I wanted to do that since the beginning but since it was written that i should fallow the manual step by step and be precise about iti, i was kind of scared to screw everything.
