bad impression

Post by lukorely » Wed Jan 22, 2020 11:56 am

I have a problem which is that it prints the pieces badly, for example in the xyz cube it does not print the letters (here a photo), or this cubone skull also failed in the end and the horns were missing.
Another rare mistake is that when printing has rare errors, an example, I want to print a mini drone frame and when it is round it prints a weird line or does not follow the guide that easyprint 3d shows me

:D Hi, You can calibrate your extruder,
Then check the flow rate in the section settings;
For slicing software, you can use Repetier Host or Cura.
Printing speed reference range is 30-60mm / s;
If the model itself has a large inclination, support may need to be added.
-Keep your mind and try to test it. :)

Hi,

it seems to me you have problem with printer setings
Maybe you have a layer thickness too large. For starters and even later, 0.2mm is just right.
did you set the correct printbed height?
watch this video
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3DjCE6qvYmc

also you have the first layer too thick.
if you have a nozzle of 0.4 the first layer of 0.3 is enough.

watch this video too.

I don't think that print has anything whit support. first layer is bad.
for start and calibrate printer, use models without support like xyz cube or 3dbenchy

and
if I may mention
this is a great site for troubleshooting

:D Hi, If the layer moves,
You can check:
1. Adjust the tightness of the belt properly;
2. Whether the bearings and pulleys are issued with cards and the cards are lubricated with lubricant;
3. Reduce the printing speed appropriately;
4. The driving board voltage is in the range of 0.8-1.2V.
-Keep your mind and try to test it. :)

Do as William wrote you.

Just a question.
Does the layer shift look like this?
