Right part of the Z axis lifts up
Hi there folks, I have a problem with my 2 weeks old geeetech a 20 m. This problem occured since I bought it when centering corners on the second time passage consecutively on the(from the front) right angle. The extruder went back a little every time. Now it doesn't make autoleveling anymore(I have the sensor), when reaching the same spot the Z axis lift up when reaching the right angle and the bltouch fails. I have seen that the wheels on the exterior frame of the Z axis turn more freely than the left one, I have tried to screw them more, but I reached their limit without changes. Can someone kindly help me? P.S. I have made many successful prints before today and my z offset and other parameters are good.

Hi, Are you referring to the left and right bearing wheels of the extruder?
Can you provide specific pictures?
We can better solve the problem.

Re: Right part of the Z axis lifts up
As soon as I return home I will post a video or pictures of it. But there is not the extruder, it's the right angle on the vertical axis that lifts up when the extruder reach it.

Hi,If there is also a gap between your right-end bearing wheel and the z-axis track,
You can see if there is a problem with the bearing wheel.

Thanks William, I have solved it, the teflon tube that came with my printer was too short!! But now I have another problem, the filament continues to stops in the second extruder, when I pull it out is all twisted.. where am I making the mistake? The teflon tube is all inserted..

Hi, You can check if your extruder motor can work normally,
Which extruder is selected when the printer prints, and what is the ratio setting;
If the extruder motor is not working properly,
You can check the normal running motor line and extruder motor line.
Check if the spring of the feeder is too tight to cause bite.
