Probleme d'impression / Problem to print

Post by dragoon25 » Thu Jan 09, 2020 4:36 am

Bonjour

Hello

I have just assembled an i3 Pro W and after 2 days of different tests and settings, I cannot get out a correct print quality.

The printer is level on a table.
I set the tray correctly with the sheet of paper and the nozzle, it scrapes well.
The X and Y axes are correct
The Z axis goes well up to the max. 180mm
I also calibrate the extruder as in the following video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fb7lit5ZRq4) and this is correct when I make a control, it gives me the right measure.

I use Repeater Host with the Cura engine
PLA wire with adjustment 215 ° nozzle and 60 ° plate (I tested other values but that does not change my problem.

The parts are not fully filled, I have tried different settings including reducing speed without success so far.
The printer is in firmware 1.03

Thank you for your help.

Hi, If you use CURA for slicing,
When setting the printer
Change consumable diameter to 1.75?

Hi,
1. Fill refers to the space density inside the model shell.
This function usually uses "%" as the unit.
If you set "100%" to fill, the model will be completely filled inside;

2. Whether the feeder has enough force to squeeze it;

3. Consumable flow rate is 100%;

4. If the nozzle is 0.3, the print layer height is set to 80% of the nozzle.

5. The distance between the nozzle and the hotbed is the distance of a sheet of leveling paper.
-Keep your mind and try to test it. :)

If you set "100%" to fill, the model will be completely filled inside; Yes so my test are 50% but the first layer is not at 100% why

2. Whether the feeder has enough force to squeeze it; Yes test to move E 100mm and 100mm is extrude ...

3. Consumable flow rate is 100%; Yes

4. If the nozzle is 0.3, the print layer height is set to 80% of the nozzle.

5. The distance between the nozzle and the hotbed is the distance of a sheet of leveling paper. Yes
