Hi, I installed a BLTouch (and not 3DTouch) on my A20M, I put the firmware "A20M_Marlin-1.1.x12864.zip" from the FAQ.
Before opening the file in Arduino IDE I replaced the two configs files from "\Configuration and hex file\3d touch" into "Marlin" folder.
The firmware has been flashed with no problem but it seems that the printed doesn't see the BLTouch.
Any light from BLTouch doesn't turn on and I'm not getting any feedback from any command I send to the BLTouch from BLTouch menu of the LCD of the printer.
Can someone help me ?

Re: HELP BLTouch not working
Hi,If so, you may need to upload the firmware again,
If the screen does not display a message with a bltouch.

-Keep your mind and try to test it.

Re: HELP BLTouch not working
Hi, the firmware has been flashed without problems.
BLTouch submenu appears in LCD menu but the BLTouch seems dead, it doesn’t make any movement or flashing when I chose an action regarding its submenu.
I have to make some modification in config file since it is a original BLTouch instead of a 3DTouch ?

Re: HELP BLTouch not working
Hi, If you flash the firmware of Bltouch,
But if Bltouch itself is not responding, you can check your wiring,
If it is fully connected but not responding, it may be a problem with Bltouch itself.

Re: HELP BLTouch not working
Thank you, I checked connection on main board side and there are no bad connections.
I suppose that it is DOA. Next step is ask to a friend of mine to double check it on his 3D printer.
Bye
