Geeetech A10 problème impression

Bonjour, je viens d'avoir mon imprimante, hier j'ai lancé l'impression test tout c'est bien passé sauf que au 3/4 elle c'est décoller, aujourd'hui en voulant lancer une autre impression, la buse et le plateau chauffe bien, puis l'imprimante ce met en action et a partir de ce moment je ne comprends pas. L'imprimante commence a faire juste une ligne(sachant que je veut faire Iron Man) elle fait une ligne mais toujours au même niveau et au même en droit. Je ne comprends pas ce qu'il ce passe.

J'ai déjà réglé le plateau chauffant plusieurs fois mais rien a faire puisque l'imprimante fait juste un trait toujours au même niveau au lieu de faire la base mon Iron Man

Bonjour je n'arrive pas a mettre de fichiers vidéo ni photos. Min problème est résolu mais un autre est apparu. Mon impression ce lance les supports ce font puis la l'imprimante s'arrête pendant 10seconde fonctionne pendant 3 et s'arrête de nouveau pendant 10 secondes et comme ça tout le temps
