Re: A20m auto leveling
Hi, If you remove the 3d touch, you can try to adjust the limit switch of the z-axis to manually level it;
Then flash the firmware back to the version without 3d touch.

Re: A20m auto leveling
Hi, After you update the firmware without 3d touch, you need to level the hotbed.
You can try to raise the nozzle and then level it, or move the limit switch of the z-axis down to adjust;
Because your version is a Mylar version, the distance between the nozzle and the hot bed is the distance between the two leveling papers;
The video you provided shows that the printer can be turned on normally.

Re: A20m auto leveling
limit switch of the z-axis down its all-ready down - what is Mylar version? 2 papers it`s 1 mm?
Re: A20m auto leveling
The hotbed version of your printer is the Mylar version, not the glass plate.
The distance between the hot bed and the nozzle is the distance between the two leveling sheets.

Stop talking to me like this is my first printer. Geeetech says whey working on new firmware (whey know have the problem! )
I am not new in 3D printing and not to this printer and i have a more complicated model like QIDI XMAX near to me.
