Dual axis Z motor screwup?

Post by jadenfrancis » Mon Dec 02, 2019 5:55 pm

am starting my first 300x300x300 CoreXY printer. My dual Z axis stepper motors / lead screw came in today and were not what I intended to order. These motors are NEMA 17 and have a 330mm lead screw built in. But, they are 6 wire, rated at 12VDC, 30 ohms per phase with a Rated Current of .4Amps per Phase. Holding torque is rated at 3.2KG per cm. I am planning to use a 24V power supply, a Bigtree SKR v1.3 with TMC2130 drivers. Should I attempt to use these motors, or would I be better served by returning them?
