Not sure if there is a bad fuse (location unknown) of if the A10 printer I just bought has the wrong Power supply or the cpu is bad Says GT2560 ver 3.1 but does not look like the one on parts page . only 1/2 of power plug has wires and only one feed from power supply 2 wires not 4. No 5v light any help in fixing this (new?) a10 I received this printer with the micro switch on print head arm broken and it has been replaced. both power lights are lit.

Hi, Can you provide specific pictures?
When the printer is turned on normally, the three lights on the motherboard are normally on.

Got it (smile)I had replaced the Micro switch (stop Switch) with generic switch. no LED on Switch. Removed 5 volt power wire from switch plug, was shorting out power. My printer is up and running and has printed a test Dog came out great. Where do I get the factory stop switch's looking for 2 506l one is working LED out the other works but not factory also no LED Thank you.
