Unrealiable Filament Extrusion

Post by Cfluxe » Sat Nov 16, 2019 4:34 am

Hi everyone,

Currently having an issue with the printer not always extruding enough filament or just not putting any half everyone now and again through a print (I attached some images below to have a look) I pulled out the filament and it was really squeezed at some points (again image attached below)
I have tried upping the temperature and feed rate but not sure where to go from this.
Any help is much appreciated

:D Hi,Cfluxe.
You can check if your supplies are fully inserted.
Then check if the spring of the feeder is too loose, you can add cardboard at the spring to increase the spring force;
Then measure the drive plate of the extruder, the normal range: 0.8-1.2V
-Keep your mind and try to test it. :)
-Everything will be fun!-Support all Getech printer.
-You can ask me the questions and I will kindly reply.
-Respect others is the best way you can get help!
