Belt Issue A10M

Post by toxic » Wed Oct 30, 2019 6:54 am

Hello All,
I’ve got a new A10M yesterday per Post, and assemble everything today. I’ve notice that the movement along X causes the different distance from the nozzle to the bed in the middle and on the left and the right side. The problem is the Belt, that probably supposed to be inside the metal frame, but in reality, goes a little outside and pushes up the rollers of the extruder. That way rollers go not on the frame but on the belt. How this can be fixed?

Hi, the belt should correspond to the guide rail.
If you need to adjust the belt,
You can refer to this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QmrT1sPhvf8

If i move the extruder up by hand, it moves a little bit. It's not really tight on the rail. Is it correct so? Or the rollers can be adjusted that the extruder is not moving up and down?
Please have a look, this is the video how extruder is wiggling
https://youtu.be/XYx5LoUkALE
And how it moves on the left side

And on the right side

You can see that that it goes up.
I think it's because of the belt, there is a small distance, and the right roller is not on the rail.

I did some research and I think that the rollers are not set correctly, they need to be adjusted. But I don't know how? If i rotate an bold on the bottom roller nothing happens.

I found the issue. It is this part, and it is bent where the bolt of the bottom roller goes through.
