I have had many problems with my Geeetech 13 Pro W at the point where I am going to throw it away! Please give me a straight answer. I have tried to load adruino but it won't work. Now my LCD screen is blank! How do I restore it back to factory settings? I have pushed the reset button and nothing happens. Please tell me step by step what to do.

Hi,
Does your LCD screen show backlight or not?
If there is backlight, you can swap the SD card cable and LCD cable.
If there is no, measure the voltage on the main board, refer to:

Yes the LCD comes on with backlight but the charachter areas are black rectangles. ok ill look at the refered topic

Yes there is 5v between those points

How have I had a failed flash the machine has been working, I thnk it has a faulty board and needs swapping out under warranty.
I switched it on and had A blank screen with black rectangle blocks on it
I got it work by disconnecting and reflashing,
Done some prints
come back a few days later to do some more work and have the same issue.
Something is clearly wrong with the board.

Hi,Can you connect your printer to a computer via usb for printing?
If your printer screen is black, does the three lights on the motherboard when the printer is turned on normally?
