Hi，You can check if your hot end thermistor is fully connected.
If fully accessible, try measuring the thermistor at the hot end.

Hi,If the hot-end thermistor is not connected to the screen and the display temperature should be -14°, you can try to measure the thermistor at the hot end.

Use a multimeter to measure the thermistor resistance at the hot end,I am not very clear what you mean, can you provide a specific video?
