I have a strange problem with my Prusa I3 Pro B.
I uploaded the firmware and connected everything like in assembly doc shown.
After calibrating everything I noticed that there is no fan turning. Neither board fan, nor extruder fan.
A friend of mine told me about running fans when printer is switched on.
Also I am not able to get any response when turning the fan on in repetier host.
I changed both fans to every slot and nothing moves. What am I doing wrong?

Hi,
I can confirm then when you switch on the power to your printer...
( Make sure you don't just 'Think' it's turned on because it is connected to a computer via USB ! )
Disconnect from the computer to make sure...
Yes, the fans should be turning - they're quite loud in my quiet office !
You are NOT able to control these fans via Repetier... They should run flat out permanently...
The 'Fan' that is controlled via Repetier would be an 'Optional' fan connected to the PWM socket, it would be used to cool down the component around the area where the filament is being extruded. Known as a component fan, this is also the 'Cooling' referred to in your slicer settings.
They may be either radial or axial fans, and may be seen mounted to the front of the extruder carriage and have some form of air funneling system to direct the air down to the area around the extruder nozzle.
I've no idea why your fans are not running. Try disconnecting them... Check they turn freely, check there's nothing wrong with the sockets and re-connect.
It's curious that neither is working...

You can use a multimeter to check if the fan PIN pin has a voltage output.
