I do need help as my display went black after updating the firmware. The printer is brandnew. I made a mistake uploading the wrong software (for mobile phones) in the first place. Then I deleted the software and uploaded the softwarte for my PC.
Is there any chance to talk to someone who could help me to install that printer?
