I think I have found the problem, I just disassemble the left wheel up, and the wheel on the bottom left turn by hand. The holes for the screw do not align, can we correct that?

Hi, You can check if your z-axis threaded rod is bent or missing;
Check if your brass nut is too tight and loosen properly;
Check if the bearing or the pulley is issued (issued with lubrication and lubricated).
