My printer wont print

Basically my motors work fine I can move them by hand , I can use the auto home, I can use the move axis function but when I put the sd in and tell the printer to print nothing moves but the printer thinks it is printing

Hi, Do you mean that the sd card cannot be read?

You can try to hold down the slot of the sd card and insert the sd card.
Check to see if it is read.
Then check if your sd card cable is properly connected.

If you still can't read it, you may need to replace the screen.
