I gave an A10 to my brother this Christmas, but we couldn’t get the printer to print the first test model (some problem with MINTEMP for bed and extruder).
We’ve googled quite a lot, but the Geeetech website seems to be down.You can get support on their website and the forums on their website are helpful too. Just warning you though it will be hell trying to get support for it. My a10 has been down over a month and communication is super slow.
Do you know if it’s been like this for a while and if yes, where can we find alternative help? Only on Facebook?
