GEEETECH A10M warped bed
my printer was working just fine a few days back and now I had to re level the bed in all the corners and thought I was good...apparently not. extreamly frustrated. when I level all the corners with a piece of paper it looks fine. but then I go to print something close to lets say the front edge the nozzle is wayyyyyy to close to the bed. this just started happening. somebody please help! im so tired of messing with this thing and just want to print. its an a10m and im just printing on the bed that it came with. am I not supposed to do that and have to put glass on it? its been doing fine for awhile, just the metal plate with the geeetech sticker covering it. HELP
Re: GEEETECH A10M warped bed
First thing: check rollers on Y axis (they may be a bit loose and can cause problems with bed leveling)
Second thing: if you don't have bl touch check bolts on Z axis limit switch.
I also have warped bed (genuine geeetech) but I'm using bl touch combined with UBL. As a spare I bought aftermarket borosilicate glass bed and I put PEI sheet on the top.

1. Is your firmware now with a 3D Touch version?
If so, please brush it back to the version without 3D Touch, if it will affect the normal operation of the printer;
2. You can check the tightness of your shaft belts for proper adjustment;
3. You can check if the knob under your hotbed is too tight, and the hotbed itself is not horizontal.
I hope this can help you.

Re: GEEETECH A10M warped bed
I will check when I get off work today. I'm running 1.8.8 I believe gotta check and yes it's not the bl touch firmware. Like I said it's been printing just fine for awhile. Prints fine on the corners and middle of the bed but when it gets to the front middle edge it gets very close to the bed and then prints extreamly thing so it almost scrapes. So how do I adjust that? I know the 4 knobs on the bottom of the bed but from what I've seen their is 2 screws underneath the sticker of the bed idk if that's how you adjust it? Or should I get a peice of glass to print on? Which idk why everyone does that.

yes but I just placed glass ontop followed by 4 binder clips...my question now is how do I make the nozzle not dig into the glass when I hit home
Re: GEEETECH A10M warped bed
You need to adjust Z axis limit switch. Move it 5 mm higher and try.
