A10 suddently died during printing
Re: A10 suddently died during printing
If you have no lights on mainboard, it is highly likely that your psu went bad. I think there is one more fuse (near AC plug and power switch) that you can check. If it's OK, then PSU is dead, contact your seller, he should be able to help you.

Re: A10 suddently died during printing
Hi, You can measure whether the output voltage of the power supply is 24v.
If the voltage output is correct, the motherboard needs to be replaced.

Re: A10 suddently died during printing
Hi, You can measure the output voltage of the plug that is plugged into the motherboard.
If it is still 0v, you need to replace the power supply.
I hope this can help you.

Re: A10 suddently died during printing
Hi everyone,
So I tried and still get 0v output.
I decided to unmount the PSU, and I checked my input (240v here in France), and 0v output : I have contacted the reseller, he should send me a new psu.
Thanks everyone for your help !
