I think I have found the problem, I just disassemble the left wheel up, and the wheel on the bottom left turn by hand. The holes for the screw do not align, can we correct that?

I changed the wheel and the supports. And I still have the same problem :(

Hi, You can check if your z-axis threaded rod is bent or missing;
Check if your brass nut is too tight and loosen properly;
Check if the bearing or the pulley is issued (issued with lubrication and lubricated).

Sorry, when I say that I still have the same problem I talked about the screw that does not fall in the face of the hole, for all I changed by new supports.

Oh, I refer to the threaded rod of the z-axis and the tightness of the brass nut.
