Error: Nozzle 0-TEMP
Re: Error: Nozzle 0-TEMP
OK - So I changed the nozzle and made sure it was seated correctly - now everything's back to normal :-)
It would be good to know how to clean out the other nozzle that's depositing black gunk!
Anyway, thanks again for your help.

Re: Error: Nozzle 0-TEMP
**I finally fixed the erratic temperature and print head errors!!**
In my last post I said I changed the head - and this worked for the first 5-6 prints.
BUT, erratic readings started all over again and the printer kept pausing with nozzle errors every 5 minutes.
However, after looking at the head connector, I realised that the two contacts had large lumps of solder on either side ... thinking that these 'lumps' would push the contacts and cause a bad connection, I carefully removed the lumps of solder with a soldering iron.
I then reinserted the head and ... haven't had a problem since :-)

Re: Error: Nozzle 0-TEMP
did anyone ever got help on this problem with 0 Temp on the Nozzle?
I have tried 6 nozzles, all the same problems. I took the complete head apart and resoldered every wire, every connection on it, traced all the wires down to the main board to make shure, no brocken cable. Put it back together, worked for 3 Minutes and all starts over. Eratic temp. readings up and downs. After letting it cooling down, no reading anymore at all. Tried all different nozzles, brand new once. I even checked the nozzles on another printer - work all fine their.
Geeetech technicians - what is the solution? Can someone please help
'Thank you

Re: Error: Nozzle 0-TEMP
Hi,you can try
- Check if the wiring is correct;
- Unplug the extruder and see how the temperature is displayed.
- Check if the thermistor is fully connected.
-Keep your mind and try to test it.

Re: Error: Nozzle 0-TEMP
Someone tried to solder wires directly to extruder?
