I never tried Nylon but it has the reputation of beeing extremly difficult to print even with a single extruder.
I would suggest the use of blue tape (painting tape wich is blue color). It makes a layer of porous material which may be a great help for such challenge... That said I'm not sure that the A10M is very reliable for reaching 260 degree hotend...

A10M (autumn 2018 series) without changes of settings (via LCD) did not rise temp over 250°C. And over 255 is highly unstable.

TIP: tight all screws and wheels (except right side of Z axis) and re-align frame while assembly. And silence it.
