I3 pro whit EasyPrint3d ver 1.2.3

I can't get the printer to work with easyprint3d ver 1.2.3. The printer connects, but I can't do anything. If I ask for information from the assembled SW .. he replies UNKNOWN.
By LCD I can move the axes and warm up. I haven't tried with SD
I can't download the firmeware.
What can I do? Help.

I tried Repetier Host and it works. I also downloaded EasyPrint3D version 1.2.6 and it works.
I regret having lost a lot of time trying the version given with the printer.
