SD card issues?

Hi, Is there a problem with all the models printed, or is it always a model?

I have just opened my A30 fresh out of the box and tried to run the provided prints on the provided card. The machine isnt recognising the card. If i reboot the machine it does for a second or 2 before it then comes up blank

any solutions? really dont want to have to return a massive printer for a small issue but i cant use usb as i cant fit the machine in the pc office

Hi, you can try to re-flash the firmware for viewing.

all i am getting is a 'upgrading failed detail: cannot open serial port'

I should'nt be having so much trouble with a printer out the box that should be set up and go with the provided test prints on the provided card. Really getting frustrated so appreciate the help

Hi, You can check if your USB cable is well connected and may not be able to read the serial port due to poor contact.

tried 3 different pc ports and connections great on them all normally

installed new driver software and the a30_VD_S_v1_57 firmware

still no luck reading files on the printer

Did you update the UI of your lcd screen while you updated your firmware?
